Rates:

Carpentry and general repairs $40.00/hr. two hour minimum

Labour work $28.00/hr. 4 hour minimum. This applies to small jobs. The longer the job, the lower the rate.

Home inspection $75.00 per hour

Truck and travel .80/km.

Dump trailer $30.00 per trip to the dump or per day which ever is less plus .80/km plus dump fees.
